     This is a "Limited Lifetime" warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship and (warranty only applies to the original purchaser) and is not transferable. This warranty is also only valid if the original purchase was made from an authorized Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. Dealer

    It is required to REGISTER your warranty online within 30 days of your purchase to fully enroll in warranty and must be the original owner and purchaser of product. 

     

    What Is Not Covered 

    This warranty does not cover powder coat chipping, fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals. Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. does not cover the cost for removal and reinstallation of any kind.  Shipping to Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. is covered (by the purchaser). This warranty is void and inapplicable if Custom ATV of Shreveport  Inc. deems that the product was abused or misused;  damage caused by accident, mishandling, improper installation, negligence, normal wear and tear, excessive water, heat damage, freight damage or products that have been altered in any way. Adding portals is considered altering the suspension and will void the warranty.  Products used by anyone other than the registered original purchaser from Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. are not warrantied. (The warranty is not transferable and will not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers.) Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. is not responsible for any damages to a consumer's ATV or person from a product failure. The warranty is void if Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. deems the product was installed or used improperly. Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. 

    Under no circumstances shall Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. or any other party involved with Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from products purchased from Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. 

     Shipping

    Inspect Your Shipment Prior to signing and accepting any freight, please insure it has been carefully inspected for any damage. It is the consignee’s responsibility to inspect their shipment for any and all damages. If the packaging shows any indication of damage or mistreatment, please open it immediately and carefully review its contents. The consignee must ask the driver to aid in the inspection of the item(s). If the item(s) have been damaged, the consignee (or the driver) must write a precise description of the damage at that time. In the event damaged item(s) are discovered, please call Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. immediately so that we may initiate a damage claim.with the freight company.... Please note; Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc is exempt from any and all damages to any item(s). Please note all returned items must be returned in original condition and a restocking fee of 20% is required

    Damaged Shipping

    Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. In addition please count the product before signing the Delivery Receipt.

     

    How to Obtain Warranty Service 

    Contact Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. either by phone at by email at sales@catvos.net A service representative will assist you in the necessary actions to verify that the problem that you are experiencing is covered under warranty. If it is in fact a warranty issue, Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. will issue an RA number for tracking purposes and give instructions on sending the product in for evaluation.
