    Under no circumstances shall Custom ATV of Shreveport or any other party involved with Custom ATV of Shreveport be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from products purchased from Custom ATV of Shreveport. Please note all returned items must be returned in original condition and a restocking fee of 20% is required. No returns after 30 days. Custom ATV of Shreveport will not reimburse return shipping charges. No returns on brake lines

     

     Shipping

    Inspect Your Shipment Prior to signing and accepting any freight, please insure it has been carefully inspected for any damage. It is the consignee’s responsibility to inspect their shipment for any and all damages. If the packaging shows any indication of damage or mistreatment, please open it immediately and carefully review its contents. The consignee must ask the driver to aid in the inspection of the item(s). If the item(s) have been damaged, the consignee (or the driver) must write a precise description of the damage at that time. In the event damaged item(s) are discovered, please call Custom ATV of Shreveport immediately so that we may initiate a damage claim with the freight company.... Please note; Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. is exempt from any and all damages to any item(s) and will not reimburse return shipping charges.

    Damage Shipping
    Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. Custom ATV of Shreveport Inc. is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any potential damage. We recommend removing any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. In addition please count the product before signing the Delivery Receipt. Please note; CATVOS is exempt from any and all damages to any item(s) and will not pay for third party re powder coat charges. 

     

    Cancelled orders

    When an order has been processed and the customer chooses to cancel.  The customer will be responsible for the 3% credit card fees out of the amount refunded.
